HOW TO WORK MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH PEOPLE

Description:
More leaders fail because they lack sensitivity and the skill of working well with people than for any other single reason. Managers’ relationship with those they supervise often determine employees’ and their own levels of productivity, success, “promotability” and job satisfaction. This interactive workshop provides you with what you need to begin – or continue – to improve the quality of your relationships with others. During this workshop you explore proven techniques for dealing more effectively with all kinds of people. Confidential assessments, opportunities for personal consultations with experienced instructors, the chance to practice your new skills in a safe environment, and take-home action plans guarantee real benefits for your investment of time and resources.

How You Will Benefit:
This program can help you:

  1. Get better quality work from yourself and those you work with.
  2. Identify the interpersonal relationship strengths you already have and help you build on those strengths.
  3. Diagnose relationship-related problems and understand what can be done to remedy difficult situations
  4. Increase internal flexibility so you can adapt more quickly and easily to different kinds of people and situations.
  5. Discover the tools you need for successfully delegating jobs.
  6. Transfer you learning into an action plan that you can use to improve your interpersonal relationship now and for the future
