THE FOUNDATIONS OF LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP: THE NEW MANAGER CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

An organization’s success or failure depends on those on the front-lines…those who can make or break it for the organization based on their ability to understand, motivate, and engage the staff and employees looking for direction. “The Foundations of Leadership Bootcamp: New Manager Certificate Program” includes four challenging seminars designed specifically for front-line supervisors or managers as well as accomplished technical professional who have been promoted to a leadership or supervisory role. The programs provide powerful training in that they are intensive immersion experiences proven to help attendees move from technical to managerial-leadership roles with confidence and success.

The following diagram presents the four parts of the program including competencies focused on in each. Take one program which emphasizes the special competencies you desire to focus on, or take the full set of programs for the optimum approach
